Life Receipts Terms of Service

By using Life Receipts (the “app”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own purposes, subject to the App Store rules. You may not resell, decompile, or abuse the service.

Subscriptions and payments

Life Receipts Pro and AI action packs are sold as App Store purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID; manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.

AI is not professional advice

AI features generate drafts, summaries, and answers that may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of AI output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Your data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you store or forward, including having the rights to any third-party data.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Life Receipts is operated by an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine. Contact: privacy@lifereceipts.pro.
